We give a central place to the respect of the environment from the conception of the spaces and the choice of the materials, and we make every effort on a daily basis to minimize the impact of our activity on the environment.

The first Parisian hotel that obtained the approval from the city hall to install a solar panel on our roof. This system allows us to heat our hot water tanks ecologically.

We have also installed water collectors allowing the watering of our green spaces while limiting the waste of water, an essential resource in our daily lives.

Sensitizing our teams and our customers

Our teams are trained to respect eco-gestures in their daily tasks;
We choose our providers and suppliers according to their sustainable and social commitments.
We offer alternatives to limit car travel in Paris: informations on Vélib stations, public transportation lines, ecological vehicles.

water and energy saving

We have installed water savers/pressure reducers on our taps and showers;
We check our water and electricity meters every month to better manage our uses;
We replace each bulb with a low energy bulb;
All our lighting is LED, which provides energy savings while maintaining comfort for our customers;
We have installed presence detectors / timers in the common areas / corridors to limit energy waste.

Limiting and sorting our waste

Our common area is equipped with a sorting device;
We work with a majority of bulk or large package products to limit unnecessary packaging.

Products used for housekeeping are eco-responsable, which provides better air quality and fewer health risks;
For the well-being of our teams and yours, we have banned bleach, which is irritating to the respiratory tract and toxic.
